Leapfrog's Research Standard Terms and Conditions

Fees include all fieldwork and associated costs, analysis of findings, and a full debrief presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint. A copy of the presentation and management summary and all appendices will be provided on a CD-ROM. Two hard copies in colour will also be provided.

Our terms of business are 70% on project commencement, 30% on final presentation. All costs exclude VAT. Payment is due within 30 days of date of invoice. A cancellation charge at 50% of the full fee will be made if a project is cancelled after commission. A postponement charge (at rate to be agreed) will also be made if a project is postponed after commission. For all projects of £10,000.00 or less, fees will be billed 100% on commission.

Fees include all recruitment, fieldwork, standard incentive costs, analysis of findings, and a full debrief presentation using PowerPoint, complete with a full management synopsis including verbatim quotes. A copy of the presentation and management summary and all appendices will be provided on a CD. Two hard copies in colour will also be provided. Quantitative reference tables will be provided as hard copy or electronically as preferred.

For each project the company will make a standard charge of £150.00 for out of pocket expenses. This will contribute towards mileage to meetings, and other ad hoc expenses. Approval from the client will be sought for other exceptional expenditure.

Costs quoted for viewing facilities include extra respondent incentives, travel for respondents to and from the venue, room hire fees, food and refreshments for respondents and up to 4 clients as well as audio/video recording of groups.
