Having worked with Tesco for several years looking at various aspects of their brand in its various guises, we were asked to work on their large property development programme.
So we established Leapfrog in situ, dedicated to optimising the effectiveness of the relationship between head office, customer, brand, staff and individual store or location. Our work evaluating individual store performance in the context of local customer needs, providing clear guidance on maximising property strategies (eg store refit, new stores, extensions) in a fast and efficient manner. With an investment programme involving hundreds of thousands of pounds per store, Leapfrog in situ is dedicated that Tesco cannot afford to make mistakes.
It’s a bespoke approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative research, providing actionable findings for various head office functions and individual store management alike. Our researchers have clocked up the miles covering around 400 stores a year from Lerwick in the Scottish Highlands to St Ives in Cornwall.
