Prior to joining Leapfrog Tim was UK Marketing Director at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. He spent 11 successful years at GSK in various senior marketing roles in both local and global functions. This has given him a strong commercial understanding alongside a passion for brands, insight, innovation and communications. Currently, his personal obsession is to keep fully up to speed with the fast evolving ‘digital’ world. Before GSK Tim held various board positions in strategic consultancy [Distillery] and design [DIA] agencies.
